To secure your custom order, we require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of your payment, a two-hour grace period will commence, during which you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of your deposit. Once this two-hour window has elapsed, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.
Please note that if production of your custom item has begun—including, but not limited to, the printing process—and a cancellation request is made, no refund will be issued, and the completed product will not be available for pickup or delivery.
